POOL SEASON & HOURS
The Crystal Park Pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Hours are 9am-9pm only; no before or after hours use is permitted.

POOL ACCESS & REPLACEMENT CARDS
Only homeowners in good standing (i.e., HOA dues paid current and in full) will have pool access cards reactivated for each pool opening on Memorial Day weekend. Non-payment of HOA dues will result in termination of pool access.

If you are a new homeowner, you will need to fill out a pool agreement form to begin activation of your key.

Replacement of lost or damaged keys is $10.  Please fill out the HOA contact form for new or replacement keys.

VANDALISM & SAFETY

Over the past few years, the cost and expense of repairing the pool, furniture, and bathroom have increased significantly due to unnecessary misuse or vandalism. The pool is provided and maintained as a value for all residents and their guests. We ask all residents take an active role in maintaining a family-friendly pool environment. 

Hours of use are non-negotiable and are necessary to accommodate quiet for homeowners living nearby the pool. We ask all pool users and guests to respect neighbors surrounding the pool.
