When is the pool open?

Crystal Park pool season runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. 

Pool hours are 9am – 9pm, 7 days a week.

 

I have just moved into the neighborhood. How do I obtain a pool keycard?

The pool keycard should have been left at the home by the previous resident. If this is not the case, please contact the board through our online form. To activate your keycard, please review the Crystal Park Pool Rules and sign the Pool Agreement. 

 

My pool keycard is lost/damaged. How can I obtain a replacement?

Replacement cards (broken or lost) are available for a $10 replacement fee. Please contact the board through our online form.

 

How can I reserve the pool for an event (e.g., birthday party)?

Please submit a Pool Event Request Form at least five days prior to the date of the event. Be aware that the facilities will remain open to other members and pool amenities (Pergola, tables, chairs) will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
